Job Advert We are currently looking for an Income & Customer Relations Co Ordinator. You will support the Senior Housing Co-ordinator (Income & Customer Relations & Property) in meeting our ambitious objectives. This is a great opportunity to join our ICR Team to work as team leader with responsibility for supporting and supervising front line staff to deliver a quality service which reflects “Best Value” and fulfils the legislative and financial requirements of the Service within a regulated environment. You will manage on a day to day basis, the effective and efficient operation and delivery of front line housing management services including consultation with homeowners, invoice generation and recovery of housing debt. You will hold the professional qualification of the Chartered Institute of Housing or equivalent or alternatively be able to demonstrate equivalent experience. Proven management experience in the effective delivery of quality driven, cost effective and customer focused services is essential.
