We’re looking for a Graduate Dev Ops Engineer to join our two-year Graduate programme, giving you experience working in a FTSE 100 listed software company.

Key Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity to work as a Graduate Dev Ops Engineer in a dynamic team responsible for building the high-quality Sage products.
You will be required to contribute to building, enhancing, and maintaining software solutions to enable Sage’s business plans and long-term objectives using the identified architecture. You will also be involved in the selection, set-up and maintenance of CI/CD tooling or writing and maintaining bespoke build/deploy scripts.

You’ll also be involved in
1. Designing, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
2. Collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to automate and optimize our infrastructure.
3. Developing and maintaining documentation for systems and processes.
4. Keeping up to date with relevant technology areas and participating in your learning sessions.
What are we looking for?
You’ll need to be a Graduate, and whilst we’re open to different degree disciplines, these roles are ideal for Computer Science graduates (or similar). Any experience within DevOps would be advantageous.
Alongside this, you’ll also be,
1. Able to demonstrate a passion for tech, with skills to match.
2. A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem solve.
3. You’ll be resilient and determined, able to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
4. As part of a global business, you’ll be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from across the world.
These roles are based in Winnersh. You’ll be in the office at least 3 days a week so will need to live in (or be willing to relocate to) an easily commutable distance.
