Lead on the pricing strategy for data services, working alongside the Commercial Director, tracking and reporting on profitability. Accountable for delivery of department data management work, quality and customer experience in line with internal, customer and regulatory deadlines. Making decisions in regard to data services workflow priorities to achieve compliance for data services customers. Maintain a good understanding of packaging policy and regulatory change, working collaboratively to support team preparedness and implementation for change, responsible for the implementation of change into the data team processes and procedures. Proactively seeking ways to improve the data service offering, delivery and customer support through efficiency and quality improvements. Coaching and mentoring data team members, supporting with decision-making, compliance queries, customer service in support of building their knowledge, facilitating cross-team collaboration. Line management of the Data Team Leader providing support and guidance as required. Attend packaging industry meetings/ events, as required, representing Beyondly’s views and manage subsequent actions. You will be confident working alongside leaders to drive growth, refine service delivery and improve operational efficiencies. You will be highly collaborative, building strong relationships both internally and across the industry, attending events, supporting consultations and ensuring Beyondly’s data services stay ahead of regulatory changes. You will be detail-oriented ensuring high-quality data service delivery while continuously seeking ways to enhance customer experience and improve efficiencies. To thrive in this role, you will be passionate and excited to work for a business for good and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be a confident communicator, able to provide clear reporting to senior management, escalate key challenges and influence decision-making at all levels. You will be adaptable and resilient, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations, taking a ‘muck in’ approach to help the team where needed. If you have previous experience of working in environmental legislation, compliance or regulation, or have extensive experience of working in a customer focused environment then even better.
