Job Description
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a key part in delivering an efficient service whilst maintaining the standards of guest service and teamwork required by the role. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Implementing Saeker cleaning standards.
2. Ensuring continuous supply of crockery and cutlery for the Restaurant and Banqueting departments.
3. Ensuring a continuous supply of pots and pans for chefs.
4. Completing cleaning schedules as required.
5. Reporting any hygiene or safety issues to the appropriate person.
6. Maintaining the required stock levels of cleaning materials.
7. Ensuring the cleanliness of stock rooms to adhere to relevant legal requirements regarding hygiene & health and safety.
