About the Role:
As a Senior Internal Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting field-based regional business managers and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be the go-to person for managing existing accounts, growing customer relationships, and maintaining sales standards.
Key Responsibilities:
The main duties of this Senior Internal Sales role will include:
Manage and grow existing accounts, focusing on customer retention and sales growth.
Proactively engage with fluctuating and low-spending accounts to increase sales.
Support regional managers (ADM) with daily communication and appointments.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sample shipments, ensuring a 24-hour response time.
Build long-term relationships with customers through regular contact and excellent service.
Participate in technical training to confidently promote electronic components.
Handle customer orders, forecasts, and reclamations.
Organize video conferences and joint visits with ADMs.
What We’re Looking For:
The successful candidate for this Internal Sales role will possess the following:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior sales role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and colleagues.
A proactive, target-driven approach with excellent time management.
Willingness to learn, develop, and take ownership of your role.
Aptitude for technical training and interest in electronic components.
Flexibility to travel for international training and customer visits.
The Package:
Base salary of £30-£35k plus commissions with OTE around £45k.
