We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Operator to join our Quality Engineering team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
As a Quality Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving product quality standards. You will:
* Perform quality control inspections on incoming stock, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet established specifications and standards.
* Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests on products.
* Document and report inspection results, including non-conformances, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
* Monitor production processes to identify potential areas for improvement and propose process optimisations.
* Liaise with other operators and Operational teams to address Quality issues.
* Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and work instructions.
* Complete day to day admin duties, including data management and reporting.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Proven experience as a Quality Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques is advantageous.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and data entry systems.
The position is initially day based with the possibility of moving to be shift based if required. The role requires you to be onsite during these times.
