Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Manager to work for their client based in Bracknell. This role is a full time position working from the office Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
The Customer Services Manager will be responsible for:
Supporting customer service team in achieving /exceeding growth. Driving and shaping development and understanding opportunities and threats to grow the business.
Developing and analysing service & sales reports presenting findings to Head of Sales
Establishing account relationships and developing an account management strategy to ensure the customer base is supported and maintained.
Building strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Attending regular meetings to work in partnership with colleagues to create cost effective operational solutions to commercial offerings/sales.
Monitoring, focussing and recording figures on customer retention and reasons for cancellation.
Understanding customer requirements and finding suitable solutions to meet those needs.
Directing interface with clients to assist with the resolution of customer concerns.
Resolving issues with contracts and commercial operations.
Coaching employees on best practices for managing contract issues and handling daily issues and tasks.
