Responsibilities include
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing technical support on products.
* Assisting customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and offering installation guidance.
* Working closely with internal teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Quality, to resolve technical issues.
* Managing product information requests and maintaining accurate records.
* Supporting the warranty programme, ensuring requests and approvals are processed efficiently.
