The Material Supply Manager is managing commodities spread over large multi-country territories ensuring specific Raw and Pack Materials are available for call off by local teams to meet the production plan in an optimal way to deliver the overall CCEP business plan. We are looking for a German speaker who can communicate to the Factory sites in Germany. Candidates can be based across Europe but with the ability to travel to a CCEP site on a regular basis. What to expect: · Accountable for preparing and communicating the feasible materials mid-term plan covering 1-18 months outlook · Ensure outstanding levels of stock availability to all the concerned sites using these materials. Demonstrate agility to ensure suppliers react to the latest CCEP needs · Running weekly IBP (Planning System) forecasts and adjusting supplier plans accordingly. · Running monthly IBP plans to ensure suppliers are planning enough capacity and contingency for CCEP needs · Keep track of volume allocation agreements and agreed stock profiles · Deliver the annual budget/seasonal updates for the commodities managed. · Supporting local BU and central S&OP processes ensuring data is supported by analysis and insight · Ensure material forecasts reflect the latest material/vendor combinations managing expertly phase in/phase out timings, working with commercialisation teams on evolving priorities. · Pro-actively provide visibility to the business on season profiles, risks and opportunities and build contingency plans in collaboration with procurement and the sites. · Accountable to minimize raw material write off costs driven by the material change agenda. · Collaborate with BU Short Term Planning teams, Sites, Mid Term Planning, Procurement and other key stakeholders within the business. · Manage relationships with suppliers to enable mutual trust and the prioritization of our products. Become a SME( subject matter expert) in the end to end cycle of your commodity · Monitor and feedback the performance of the suppliers, support procurement with the contract negotiation with suppliers and the SRM process. Take the overall lead in the management of any shortage situations. Skills & Essentials: · 8 years relevant work experience · 5 years experience in supply environment with a strong affinity of the end-to-end supply chain including Sales & Operations Planning processes. · Excellent communication skills, the ability to build and sustain working relationships across multiple functions and sites.
