Responsibilities
Operate and monitor the weighbridge, ensuring accuracy in all weight measurements.
Input vehicle and weight data into the system and maintain accurate records of entries and exits.
Verify all weights against associated documentation and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Provide customer service to drivers and ensure they receive prompt assistance during weighbridge processes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on weighbridge equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
Assist in generating reports related to weight data for management review and decision-making.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or finance are a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate weight entries.
Proficient in using weighbridge software and computer systems for data entry and reporting.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with drivers and team members.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to weighbridge operations.
Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.38
