The Opportunity
The successful candidate will manage the sale and delivery of projects for motorsport and OE solutions for customers at PWR North America. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Duties and Accountabilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your region that aligns with PWR’s overall objectives.
* Lead and manage sales and project managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training.
* Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
* Collaborate with senior management and global teams to develop strategies.
* Act as the main point of contact for key customers, building and maintaining relationships.
* Understand customer technical requirements and provide solutions.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
* Provide technical support to customers, including product selection and design feedback.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions for customers.
* Prepare and deliver sales reports and market analysis to senior leadership.
* Track performance against budget and adjust strategies as needed.
* Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in a leadership role.
* Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
* Effective collaboration skills with senior management and global teams.
* Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong technical problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage and motivate a team.
* A degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
