Role: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Manual Handling Equipment)
Location: Corby, NN17 (on-site)
Full Time Permanent
Monday to Friday shifts (overtime available)
Competitive Salary based on experience
15% shift allowance
Up to £4,500 p.a skills allowance
Bonus of up to 10% of basic salary
Paid overtime
Private Healthcare
16.5% pension (with 6% contribution)
24 days leave plus 8 Bank Holidays
2 weekly rotating DAY shifts, Monday - Friday (some out-of-hours cover):
Week 1: 06:30 - 14:00
Week 2: 14:00 - 21:30
What are we looking for?
We are looking for the following skills in our engineers:
* A recognised apprenticeship or qualification or 'time served' experience.
* Experience maintaining MHE equipment.
* Knowledge of working with or using:
- Forklifts
- Cranes
- Pickers
- Pump Trucks
* Experience working at height
* Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Control experience
We will provide all of the licenses and additional training required; experience is essential but licenses are not!
What will you be doing?
As an engineer, you will be one of the most important gears in our engine, it will be down to you to keep us moving (literally).
Your role is to react to faults and breakdowns of manual handling equipment and repair them quickly to a high standard. You will also always be looking to do preventative maintenance and find continuous improvement opportunities.
