Henry Martin Group is seeking a skilled Assistant Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a large residential development project in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing RC frame packages and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the project, including quality control and safety protocols.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
* Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure the project meets specifications.
* Assist in managing project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
* Support the Site Manager in conducting regular site inspections and meetings.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager.
* Experience in managing RC frame packages and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
