What You Can Expect
Regional Sales Scheme: During your first three months, you'll dive into internal training to learn all about our products and how to meet customer needs. In year one, you'll be actively selling personal insurance to our customers and working on regional projects, like marketing campaigns. By the second year, you'll begin working towards your commercial insurance licence, handling more complex business and tackling strategic projects.
South East Scheme: In the South East, the scheme focuses more on corporate leadership and strategy. You'll be involved in growth and marketing initiatives, and you'll get the chance to complete your product licensing too if it suits. You'll work closely with our larger commercial and high-net-worth agencies and will even have the opportunity for a placement at our agency in Cobham.
Head Office Scheme: Year one involves working with Regional Sales across all insurance products to build your understanding. In year two, you'll help shape the future of our Agency Network, driving strategic growth and innovation through key initiatives.
Your Future: These schemes can open doors to a wide range of roles across the business, and we'll work with you to explore your options and help you to identify the path that's right for you.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications and Skills: To join this scheme, you'll have obtained, or be working towards, a minimum degree classification of 2:2. You don't need a degree in a particular area - we're interested in your passion for learning, curiosity, and your potential.
For our Sales schemes, we'll also be looking out for:

Work Experience: If you've gained industry experience or completed a placement year during your degree, that's fantastic! But don't worry if you haven't - it's not a requirement for the scheme.
