We are a beautiful setting in Flax Bourton, recently graded as Outstanding by Ofsted! Red Bus has been operating as a company for over 11 years. We continually strive to do things better and we just want Red Bus to be the best place ever for children and the best place for staff to work.
If you are an experienced Early Years Practitioner and you are looking for something new, we might be the next step for you. We know that times are hard and a lot of nurseries are struggling, and maybe not able to offer the support and career progression you are looking for at the moment. At Red Bus we are able to do that right now and we have some very exciting positions open in our management teams.
Room Managers and their own management team are part of the overall management team of the nursery. At Red Bus, we have sizeable age groups, so each one has a Room Manager who in turn has an Assistant Manager and usually two Lead Practitioners. This team gets great support, training, and career development. As people moving into these positions are often coming from nurseries where they have been at for some time, we offer a smooth transition to Red Bus with great onboarding and induction planning. We have lovely supporting staff in our teams and we can take the risk out of that move for you.
Currently, we have a position open in all of our age groups (Babies 3m-2 years), Kindergarten (2-3 years), and the Pre-School age group. Our Lead Practitioners are part of the room management team and are role models for the rest of the team. They display excellent practice within the room but also have their own management duties under the direction of the Room Manager. They often excel in their own areas of expertise too and we have room 'Champions' for this in areas such as SEN, Outdoor Play, and others. We also support staff to gain further qualifications.
If you are experienced in this industry with a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and would really like to work for a very stable, highly staffed company that takes care of staff, pays well, and offers great benefits, training, and career opportunities, do consider applying to us. If you would prefer to have a chat or email first, please feel free to contact us directly through our careers website. This might be your first move into a more senior position or you might already have a lot of experience at a senior level; either way, consider speaking to us.

Red Bus has an enviable reputation with the local schools at current settings for Red Bus new starters, and we're very proud of that! As this is a new setting, we are considering applications for all age groups as we are growing fast.
