Job Description:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our busy Group Marketing Team based in Clifton, Bristol, reporting to the Group Marketing Director. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the marketing of Acorn’s award-winning developments.
With developments across the South West of England and South Wales, the Group Marketing Team works with the five regional offices on all developments.
Ambitious and passionate about marketing with a keen attention to detail, you will be responsible for implementing multi-platform strategies and initiatives, working closely with Acorn’s in-house sales and development teams as well as estate agency partners.
The position’s key responsibilities include:
* Delivery of high-quality web content, ensuring websites and property portals are kept up to date.
* Design, implement, and manage email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns within the CRM system, including automation workflows and performance tracking to drive engagement and conversion rates.
* Create compelling and tailored copy for a variety of platforms including blogs and press releases, ensuring appropriate tone.
* Planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns in conjunction with sales teams, agents, and required sales rate.
* Analysis of marketing campaigns, database, and purchaser data to inform future marketing plans.
* Work with sales teams to maximize the potential of new site launches.
* Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
* Work with creative agencies and in-house Graphic Designer to create impactful development brochures, adverts, and other required literature.
* Manage signage requirements and maximize opportunities for brand and development awareness.
* Contribute ideas for social media posts.
* Tracking of marketing activity spend in line with the marketing budget.
* Liaise with appointed estate agent regarding portal listings, window and office display, advertisement artwork, portal stats, and analytics.
* Put together award entries in the appropriate format.
* Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy.
* Attend sites for meetings as required.
* Work with the marketing team on ad-hoc projects such as corporate brochures.

* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of working in WordPress beneficial but not essential.
* Strong analytic skills.
* Full driving licence and own car required.
The successful candidate will contribute to existing marketing strategies while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with new projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience across a wide range of marketing functions including copywriting, communications, advertising, branding, and digital marketing. Acorn is a fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently; it is therefore imperative that the successful candidate is flexible and adaptable, an organised multitasker able to manage and balance tasks on their own initiative while always providing excellent support.
Previous experience in property marketing is beneficial but not essential.
