Location: Altrincham (Greater Manchester)
Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £65,000)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 1:30 pm - 9:00 pm (32.5 hours/week)
Contract: Permanent, no weekends
The Role:
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join their team, focusing on international markets. This role is essential in driving sales by offering campaign management trials to ecommerce businesses
Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, targeting ecommerce businesses in the US.
* Apply strategic sales approaches to close B2B deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Use tools like Zoom.info for prospecting and lead generation (prior experience helpful but not essential).
* Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams on business development strategies.
Requirements:
* 2+ years in successful B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong skills in prospecting and lead generation across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
* Self-sufficient with solid organizational and time-management abilities.
* Goal-oriented and motivated by results, with a strong work ethic.
* Business acumen and strategic thinking.
