Food & Beverage Manager – “Premier Attraction”

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Are you a passionate F&B professional ready to elevate guest experiences at a top-tier attraction? I am looking to speak to any exceptional leaders with F+B experience ready to lead a dynamic F&B team, drive operational excellence, and create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will oversee the food and beverage operations across the park, including restaurants, retail and QSR.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to maximize productivity and profitability
Lead and motivate the team to provide outstanding guest service
Manage team performance, setting individual objectives and targets
Ensure smooth F&B operations during peak and off-peak periods
Deliver high-quality service for corporate bookings
Collaborate with the management team on day-to-day operations
Regularly review and develop attraction menus
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety/food safety legislation
Maximize F&B profitability while achieving or exceeding annual business plan targets
Set and monitor daily targets for the F&B team
Control expenditure to achieve budget goals
Encourage and act on guest feedback to improve service quality
Contribute to marketing campaigns and identify new opportunities
Evaluate and implement new commercial opportunities
Manage supplier relationships
Provide timely performance reports and improvement recommendations
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in F&B management, preferably in an attraction or hospitality setting
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent financial acumen and budget management abilities
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Adaptable and able to work flexibly across departments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
