Job Title Systems Analyst Job Description Are you passionate about driving innovative solutions and improving business systems? We're looking for a Systems Analyst to join our Zuora Centre of Excellence team. This role supports global initiatives, focusing on process analysis, system design, development, and implementation of the Zuora Billing System to meet business goals. This is a hybrid role - three days per week in our Newcastle office. As a Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in translating business needs into technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth system implementations. Key Responsibilities In this role you'll perform the following: Business Systems & Process Support •Analyze business needs and identify process improvement opportunities. •Collaborate across teams to deliver consistent, scalable solutions. •Cultivate a customer-focused approach to optimize IS systems and services. Solution Development & Delivery •Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. •Document processes, system designs, test cases, and user guides. •Support project management, system development life cycles, and change control processes. Operational Support & Continuous Improvement •Provide first-line production support and manage service tickets. •Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. •Maintain system knowledge and ensure adherence to SLAs. What We're Looking For •Experience with Zuora configuration and/or support, however if you have significant experience as a Zuora Super-User this could be considered. •Experience in IT analysis or consulting, with a focus on sales and finance functions. •Strong skills in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and testing tools such as Postman would be beneficial. •Knowledge of .NET, SQL, or object-oriented development is a plus. •Ability to collaborate across distributed teams and adapt to a dynamic environment. •A degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) would be advantageous.
