Our client is an ambitious company and is currently implementing some exciting changes and is now recruiting for the position of Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your role will be to generate new business through the canvassing of new, potential, and competitor clients, and developing these accounts in order to maximise our market share and to create new opportunities through the quality of our service provision. You will also work closely with the account team to ensure we are capitalising on all the possible services that our client can provide, to maximise revenue.
The successful candidate will:
1. Be able to demonstrate an impressive track record of driving sales and exceeding KPI’s
2. Ideally come from an agency background
3. Have experience of selling intangible services
4. Have extensive industry knowledge
5. Be able to hit the ground running
6. Be a motivated self-starter who will thrive in an energetic environment, working to ambitious targets
7. Be creative in constantly looking at ways to improve the sales process and pipeline to maximise revenue
