SENDCO & CLASS TEACHER - Required for September 2025
MPR / UPR with TLR
Permanent
The Governors of Stamford Park Primary School are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic SENDCo who is capable of initiating and developing effective strategies for our SEND pupils. The role will support teachers and support staff to ensure that the environment for teaching and learning empowers both them and pupils to achieve their full potential. This would be an excellent role for an aspirational leader, who is committed to providing the highest standards of provision for SEND pupils, with experience in rigorous tracking and monitoring of children’s progress.
The successful candidate will also be a strong teacher, as this role will have an in-class teaching commitment each week; at present, this equates to 2.5 days.
We can offer:
1. Enthusiastic, friendly children who love to learn, lead and succeed;
2. A supportive environment where your ideas and contributions are valued;
3. Opportunities to make meaningful differences in the lives of children and their families;
4. A strong commitment to continuing professional development;
5. A strong, supportive and experienced governing body.
All interested candidates are encouraged to visit the school prior to applying.
Dates for the visits are:
Monday 10 March 2025 at 4.15pm
Tuesday 11 March 2025 at 11.00am
Monday 17 March 2025 at 3.45pm
Tuesday 18 March 2025 at 9.30am
Please contact the school office (office@spprimary.org.uk) to arrange an appointment.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people/vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
