Job summary CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services - CLCH NHS Trust provides a range of Community Services, and the Hertfordshire Division is recruiting To provide both clinical and administrative support to qualified therapy staff. To implement and progress agreed planned treatment programmes. Main duties of the job To undertake specific skilled Speech & Language Therapy support work to promote the rehabilitation of patients. To treat patients according to specific treatment protocols e.g. repetitive task specific training, monitoring patient progression, making minor alterations to patient treatment programmes as required. To work without direct supervision within the Speech and Language Therapy team, undertaking tasks delegated by a qualified therapist. To report back patient progress and inform therapist of any concerns. To maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
