This is an opportunity to play an important role providing maternity leave cover, supporting the smooth running of the busy Admissions Department at Oxford High School. The Role As an integral part of the Admissions team, you will support all aspects of the admissions process, from enquiries from parents to pupil enrolment, including coordination and attendance at our pupil recruitment and admissions events. You will be required to work on location as part of the Admissions team and with the wider Marketing and Communications team. This role is about building relationships with prospective parents and pupils and so this role would be ideal for someone with great interpersonal skills. You will be based in our senior school, and you will also work closely with staff in our prep school. About You Having excellent attention to detail and the ability to use your own initiative is key to being successful in this role, as is being able to maintain a high level of efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to multi-task, communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) and work to tight deadlines. Proven experience in office administration and customer service is also required.
