What you’ll be doing
Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you'll:
* Provide precise insight and analysis into the performance of our repair network, identifying and mitigating risks in reporting.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous analysis and validation.
* Review and enhance current reporting processes to drive improvements.
* Support financial forecasting internally and externally, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Conduct scenario testing to assess financial performance impacts.
* Identify emerging trends through data analysis and collaborate with operational leaders to address key drivers.
* Ensure a robust financial reporting control framework to minimise risk.
* Work with Group Finance teams to maintain effective, and fair financial processes through communication and meaningful challenge.
What we’re looking for
* ACCA or CIMA qualification
* Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Experience working with large datasets, identifying trends, and spotting risks within complex details.
* Confidence in applying data integration techniques to conduct root cause analysis and drive informed decision-making.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across finance and operational teams, ensuring processes are fit for purpose.
