We’re seeking a dynamic Account Director to join our Property and Facilities Management vertical to drive this vision forward. The Role
In this role, you’ll manage a carefully curated territory of named accounts, blending existing relationships ripe for expansion with high-potential new opportunities. You’ll craft and execute a strategic business plan designed to deliver incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth, leveraging Totalmobile’s growing portfolio of market-leading solutions. A keen understanding of value-based selling will be key, as will your ability to expertly diagnose customer needs and deliver solutions that solve real-world operational challenges.
Your success will be built on collaboration. You will work hand-in-hand with marketing, business development, pre-sales, professional services, and sales operations to maximize every opportunity. Every customer interaction will be world-class, reflecting your meticulous preparation and ability to articulate compelling visions that resonate deeply with stakeholders. As you negotiate and close commercial deals, your strong commercial acumen and creativity will shine, delivering outcomes that drive success for both the customer and Totalmobile.
Skills and Experience
This is a role for a true sales professional with experience in solution selling—someone with a consistent track record of overachievement in enterprise sales, preferably within SaaS. You’ll thrive in managing complex environments, building relationships, and navigating the nuances of a competitive marketplace. Formal sales training in methodologies such as MEDDIC, Miller-Heiman, or Solution Selling will be a distinct advantage, as will your entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation.
