The Role Our client is looking for a ambitious Trainee Manager to join their site in Hetton-le-Hole. This is an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on experience and grow your career within a forward-thinking company. You will receive comprehensive training across production and operational activities, building a deep understanding of site processes and functions. Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day site operations and production processes. Develop knowledge of Health and Safety regulations in a manufacturing environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities. Lead and motivate teams in a dynamic and changing environment. Analyse data and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency. What We’re Looking For Highly self-motivated with a desire to learn and acquire new skills. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. Flexible and conscientious team player with leadership potential. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. An interest in manufacturing and production operations.
