Job title: Manufacturing Engineer – Electrical Process Planner
Location: Samlesbury
Salary: £41,361+ dependent on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* You will be translating design information in the form of CAD models, BOM, circuit drawings, material and manufacturing process specifications into repeatable processes as part of the Manufacturing Engineering process ensuring the original design intent is met
* Take part in structure manufacturing build instructions using SAPCAMS planning tool or equivalent electronic planning aid
* Supporting the production of aircraft build, including electrical looms, components, amalgamations, racks and panels, assemblies and installations
Your skills and experiences:
* The applicant should typically be educated to HNC or have completed a Craft/Technician Apprenticeship experience in an Electrical Manufacturing role
* Experience and knowledge of Electrical processes
* Able to interpret electrical drawings, standards and processes
* Must have experience and proficient with the use of Microsoft office suite
* Demonstrate drive to challenge and Improve processes and working practices
* Good problem-solving skills

Typhoon Electrical Manufacturing Engineering Team:
Be part of a multiple platform and project team which collaborates across function to deliver quality engineering. The team interprets design data through Manufacturing Engineering toolsets to deliver and support electrical looms / components onto aircraft.
