Behaviour Manager - Bromley - up to £45,000 (dependent on experience) - ASAP start
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate the school's behaviour team.
2. Provide support and intervention for managing student behaviour.
3. Implement positive behaviour reinforcement and de-escalation techniques.
4. Monitor student behaviour to identify trends and patterns requiring additional support.
5. Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff to create individualized behaviour and learning plans.
6. Serve as a point of contact for parents, guardians, and external agencies when needed.
Requirements:
1. Must have SEMH experience.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Flexible, adaptable, and non-judgmental attitude.
4. Experience working with students across KS3 & KS4.
