We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative Account Manager, ideally with a passion for advertising and appetite/experience working on 'Creative Solutions' campaigns in the OOH sector.
As the central point of communication for key clients, you’re a creative problem-solver and a force to be reckoned with when it comes to getting the job done, from initial concept to execution.
You’re great at managing multiple projects under pressure, getting the team organised and ensuring everything is running smoothly. Someone proactive and always thinking two steps ahead about how we can go above and beyond client expectations.
Main Responsibilities
Client Service:
* Ensure that client satisfaction is maintained throughout a project, understanding their pressures
* Establish excellent working relationships with clients, agency partners, and suppliers
* Running of client meetings from set up to completion
* Strong client-facing skills and the ability to position yourself as a commercially minded, trusted advisor to clients
* Communicating a project’s progress to internal and client stakeholders.
* Project quality assurance, liaising with the relevant teams to ensure client expectations are met by project deliverables
* Devising ‘Creative Solutions’ for both new and potential clients
* Responsible for the growth and increased business from your clients, with weekly reporting on pipeline and proactive pitching
* Ideating, pitching and presenting to senior levels clients and agencies with passion and expertise.
Project Management
* Managing the production elements for multiple client projects, often delivering several concurrently
* Developing and executing innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
* Apply problem-solving and project management skills to meet and exceed client objectives
* Supporting the live projects and communicating any key updates to clients throughout the live process including sending end-of-day updates and ensuring the quality of our deliverables (both the finished mural and content) are up to GSA standards
* Proactively seek out project issues and risks and ensure clear mitigation plans and solutions are in place
* Ensure all relevant paperwork is in place ahead of time (SOW’s, digital content & design briefing docs)
* Recommending process improvements and continuously looking to improve quality
* Liaising with the wider team to ensure that booked resources are used effectively and efficiently
WHO ARE YOU?
* Highly organised, self-motivated and proactive – you don’t wait to be asked to be helpful
* Great written and oral communication skills: fluency in English. Superb grammar, spelling and writing
* You can research, analyse, and present material clearly and concisely
* A self-starter able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* You have excellent interpersonal skills – please be a fundamentally good human being
* You are honest and reliable – integrity is hugely important (you don’t promise things we cannot deliver, and you make sure we deliver what we do promise)
* You show discretion and understand confidentiality issues
* You have financial smarts – some of this is good basic mathematics, some of this is solid judgement
* Excellent using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and proficient with Excel. Proficient in both Windows PC &Mac
* Experience of working in an OOH agency/with OOH
* Bundles of enthusiasm
Desirable qualities and skills:
* Experience and a passion for street art is ideal, but not essential
* Familiarity with Monday.com would be useful but not essential
