IT Manager - Ipswich

We're looking for an experienced IT Manager, with a strong technical background to join our clients team at a critical point within their technology roadmapping.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and guide the Service Desk team with technical expertise.
Manage and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware.
Oversee MSP/3rd party vendor relationships.
Act as an escalation point for incidents impacting service delivery.
Ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery processes.
Influence infrastructure design and configuration.
Deliver Infrastructure and Business Change projects.
Technical Experience:
Microsoft Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)
O365 Administration
Azure Administration
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Administration
SQL Server Administration and Troubleshooting
Windows 10/11 Administration and Troubleshooting, including migrations
