My client are on the lookout for a proactive, customer-focused 3rd Line IT Support Consultant to join their growing team! This is a dynamic role combining remote, office, and on-site support across Oxfordshire and the Midlands. You’ll be part of a friendly, fast-moving team, handling BAU support, major projects, and technical leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Deliver top-tier customer service – always!
✅ Provide expert on-site, remote, and phone support
✅ Manage and improve IT processes, infrastructure, and security
✅ Lead and implement major IT projects
✅ Research, test, and evaluate emerging technologies
✅ Act as an escalation point for 1st & 2nd line support
✅ Work with 3rd-party vendors to resolve complex issues
✅ Keep documentation sharp and up-to-date
✅ Mentor and guide junior team members
