Role Systech is seeking to hire a highly qualified and technically proficient Commercial Director with a proven track record of developing client relationships and managing teams. This is a diverse role that requires leadership, interpersonal, technical, and business development skills. You will need to work hard and achieve strong performance levels. In return you will have a clearly defined route to a Regional Director role within a leading construction consultancy. It suits someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional service and who possess a client centric outlook. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of leading commercial departments and teams on major construction projects. This is a consultancy environment, and you must therefore be able to demonstrate an ability to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
