Your role will include:
* Coordinating and updating information about student learning development across various platforms
* Arranging logistical details for workshops, meetings, and events
* Providing administrative support for project work and reports
* Servicing meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
* Preparing evaluation forms and supporting report preparation
* Liaising with the Education Directorate's administrative team and external parties
* Managing bookings, travel, and accommodation for team events
* Processing financial records and responding to enquiries professionally.
The Ideal Student Learning Development Administrator Will Have:
* Good knowledge of administrative systems and office work
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and internet use
* Well-developed organisational and customer service skills
* Relevant previous experience, possibly in an educational or training environment
* Proven ability to work accurately and flexibly as part of a team.
