At Leader Education, we are seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to support children within a SEMH school, this school is based in Blyth, Northumberland. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience working with young people as well as a genuine interest and commitment to helping them reach their full potential.
The normal working pattern is Monday to Friday 8:30 until 15:30.

The successful candidate will:
* Need an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one
* Provide one-on-one support to students with EHCPs
* Monitor and manage students' behaviour and wellbeing
* Support the development of social and emotional skills
* Prepare and adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students
* Have a compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting young people with diverse needs
