We are partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house consulting/project delivery team. The Programme Manager will be responsible for full business transformation programme of work including the change management process within the business.
Responsibilities include:
1. Full programme lifecycle ownership, from inception to deployment and handover to BAU support.
2. Client leadership through the project, providing expert guidance, advice and negotiation where required.
3. Cost estimating and budget management.
4. Construction of detailed work plans coupled with activity and resource planning.
5. Communication of progress across all key internal and external stakeholders.
6. Working with wider teams to deliver projects creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
7. Management of project managers and multiple workstreams.
What we are looking for:
1. Knowledge of the Energy sector.
2. Experience in managing and coordinating complex projects from inception to completion – delivering to time, quality and budget.
3. Experience of delivering Agile SaaS projects is ideal.
4. Entrepreneurial mind-set and a good problem-solver, with a structured approach to formulate the best outcome.
5. Happy being hands-on, working in an environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
6. Commercially minded.
