Job Description and Key Responsibilities
• Assist in Managed service customer projects, setting up environments and reporting on issues.
• Provide network support, covering hardware and software throughout the Company.
• Respond to all customer Helpdesk requests within the agreed timescale.
• Complete all monitoring checks as required and raise any issues.
• Ensure all backups are taken in accordance with the customer’s service level agreement.
• Deliver work within agreed timescales and to the required standard.
• Liaise with customers and on occasions work on their site.
• Develop and maintain IT skills, to obtain appropriate certifications.
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
• Have good communication skills, to work as part of a team and liaise with customers.
• Willingness to learn and continue to develop skills in network support.
• Have a flexible approach to work as you will work on all aspects of network administration.
Education, Qualifications and Training
• Have a minimum of HND in Computing Science/ Networking.
• On the job training.
Additional Requirements
• Previous experience of working on a customer helpdesk would be beneficial.
• Candidate will be expected to work in the office.
