Job Description
This role involves supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day tasks, such as managing deliveries, placing orders, and handling customer queries. You'll also be responsible for people management, performance, and holiday rotas. Additionally, you'll contribute to achieving sales targets, ensuring great customer service, minimizing costs, and optimizing operational efficiency.

You'll need to be:
* An experienced people-manager
* Used to leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer driven environment
* Skilled in time management and boosting operational efficiency
* Motivated to consistently achieve targets
