Job Description:
Due to continual expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our Fire Protection Division.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing the day to day running of projects including sub-contractors on site.
2. Monitor works to ensure compliance is adhered to.
3. Managing labour and materials on site to ensure project deadlines are met.
4. Carrying out site inductions and toolbox talks.
5. Ensuring compliance of health and safety and quality control.
6. Ability to identify project variations and communicate this back to the contracts manager.
7. Working closely with the Contracts Manager to maintain and monitor the project, including weekly progress reports and works trackers on site.
8. Participating in site meetings with clients and Managers.
9. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings / designs.
10. Complete project trackers and report back to the contracts manager.
11. Review client instructions and schedules with a full understanding of what the project entails/ includes.
12. Carry out inspections of completed works and evidence, sign off using app-based systems like Bolster.
Job Requirements:
1. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
2. Ability to work to tight deadlines.
3. Knowledge of passive Fire doors/Fire stopping.
4. SSSTS.
5. First Aid.
6. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
