The position
The Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute strategies to build interest in our products and services while educating potential customers through innovative lead generation programs. This role focuses on generating high-quality pre-MQLs and MQLs to expand our base of potential buyers, aligning efforts with broader business and sales objectives.
What You Bring
* In-depth knowledge of content syndication, affiliate partnerships, comparison sites, paid media, and lead nurturing workflows.
* Experience using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
* Ability to negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and drive results from external partnerships.
* Understanding of leveraging content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies) to engage and convert leads.
* Experience managing multi-regional campaigns and adapting strategies to local markets.
* Hands-on expertise with CRM, marketing automation tools, and data enrichment platforms like Clearbit or ZoomInfo.
* Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and achieving KPIs like MQL volume and pipeline velocity.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a global demand generation strategy to drive high-quality pre-MQLs and MQLs, aligning efforts with business and sales targets.
* Oversee campaigns across content syndication, affiliate partnerships, comparison sites, and other paid channels, optimizing for quality and conversions.
* Manage global syndication campaigns, ensuring effective targeting, messaging, and asset utilization.
* Build and manage vendor partnerships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with lead quality standards.
* Optimize the company's presence on comparison and review platforms to enhance lead quality and traffic.
* Continuously refine campaigns through A/B testing, targeting adjustments, and new channel exploration.
* Collaborate with sales and operations teams to define lead qualification criteria and ensure seamless handoff processes.
* Track key metrics like CPL, lead quality, and pipeline contribution, providing insights to improve performance.
* Partner with regional teams to adapt and scale campaigns, maintaining global consistency while addressing local market needs.
* Oversee demand generation budgets and evaluate tools to maximize ROI and enhance efficiency.
