Townley Grammar School is an academically selective and socially responsible girls’ state grammar school with a coeducational Sixth Form. We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Peripatetic Singing Teacher to join our Music Department. The school offers a peripatetic service, providing one-to-one tuition in a variety of musical instruments, typically during school hours. The extra-curricular programme enriches students’ experiences beyond the standard curriculum, offering activities, choir, drama, dance, allowing them to build upon their classroom learning and showcase their talents.

· Set high expectations and be a positive role model – consistently demonstrating the positive attitudes, values and behaviours which we expect of pupils.
The post holder will be required to complete an enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) Check with appropriate barred list checks, or the equivalent, and must be eligible to work in the UK. All staff are expected to be committed to the Equal Opportunities Policy.
