Key responsibilities of a Lettings Lister Valuer
The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market whilst ensuring every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Lister Valuer
7. Estate Agency experience preferably a Lister, Valuer or a Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent looking for progression
8. Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
9. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
10. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
13. A Full UK driving licence
