They’ve been growing steadily over the last 7 years or so, refining their products, winning BIG clients and building an amazing team of people all focused on a common goal.
As a Support Manager you’ll be taking point when it comes to defining and delivering high quality standards of service to their growing customer base.
You’ll have all the scope and support you need to leverage your experience to grow my clients support function and shape a critical area of their business, collaborating with your own team, development teams and project managers to ensure services are delivered to high standards.
To ensure your success in the role you’ll need to have experience of providing software application support, defining and leading the delivery of ITIL support services and have worked in a customer service or helpdesk role.
You’ll have a chance to work with a friendly, knowledgeable and supportive team and be given all the training and mentoring to get up to speed with a new product quickly.
There’s plenty of flexibility to work remotely on offer but an expectation that for the first few months you’ll be happy to come in to the HQ for training and upskilling and have regular touch points during the month.
There’s a salary of £55-60,000 on offer DOE and this client offer a 9 day fortnight as standard (that’s an extra 26 days off per year ).
