We’re seeking a proactive and dynamic Project Delivery Lead to mobilise and implement projects that will transform and strengthen our services across England and Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage transformation projects within the NHS or similar sectors.
* Mobilize new services, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
* Oversee the development of detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management.
* Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
* Therefore, the successful candidate should have experience, ideally leading successful transformation projects within an NHS organization or a similar setting.
You will have a strong background in leading organizational change initiatives, including the mobilization of new services, partnerships, or growth opportunities. The post holder must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to create detailed project plans, and the capability to allocate resources effectively. Additionally, strong analytical skills are essential to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. While a deep understanding of NHS servicesparticularly primary and urgent care is not essential, it would be advantageous.

Who You Are
* A Project Management graduate (e.g., PRINCE2 or similar certification)
* A Project Pro: Experience in project delivery and transformation projects within an NHS organisation or similar (essential); You’ve also led organizational change initiatives, including the mobilization of new services, partnerships, or growth opportunities (desirable).
* A Master Organiser: Your to-do lists have to-do lists, and you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
* A Knowledgeable User of Microsoft 365 suite
* A Clear Communicator: You can translate complex ideas into simple plans and ensure everyone is on the same page.
* A Natural Leader: You’re confident taking the reins, inspiring teams, and keeping everyone focused on success.
* Adaptable & Resilient: You’re ready to embrace change, adapt to new challenges, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Note: This is a Group wide role and travel is expected to all services across the Group. Your base will be Bank Top Farm, Black Hill Rd, Otley LS21 1PY, with regular travel to services.
