The role.
We are looking for a highly organised Executive Assistant to support our client with their administrative functions and maintain a welcoming reception across two branches in Ipswich. As the first point of contact, you will greet clients and visitors, manage phone calls, and ensure the office runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include assisting with property listings, managing appointments, handling correspondence, and ensuring the office is well-stocked and maintained. This role is a temporary to permanent opportunity.
