We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor with extensive experience in retail fit-outs to oversee and manage all electrical aspects of our projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering high-quality electrical installations on time and within budget.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Supervise and coordinate all electrical works on retail fit-out projects.\n * Lead a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of work and safety.\n * Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and timely execution of electrical installations.\n * Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards on all sites.\n * Monitor and manage the progress of electrical work, ensuring it aligns with project timelines and milestones.\n * Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to project managers and clients.\n * Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting during the installation process.\n * Manage material procurement, stock control, and ensure efficient use of resources.\n * Maintain and enforce a high standard of health and safety on site.\n * Collaborate with other trades and stakeholders to ensure smooth project completion.\nRequirements:\n * Valid ECS\n * SSSTS / SMSTS\n * Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, with a strong background in retail fit-outs or similar projects.\n * Excellent leadership and communication skills.\n * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.\n * Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.\n * Experience in managing a team and coordinating subcontractors.\n * Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex electrical issues.\n * Strong organizational and time management skills.\n * A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.\nHow to Apply:\nIf you have the experience and drive to lead electrical installations for retail fit-out projects, we would love to hear from you!
