As the Master Scheduler / Production Planner, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Developing and managing the master production schedule, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and production targets are met.
* Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure production aligns with customer requirements and business objectives.
* Analysing material requirements and production capacities to forecast demand and manage production schedules efficiently.
* Monitoring production performance and adjusting schedules as needed to manage changes in demand or production issues.
* Being involved in driving continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing lead times, and optimising overall production processes.
* Ensuring clear communication with internal stakeholders to maintain transparency on production progress and timelines.

* Proven experience in master scheduling and production planning within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and supply chain management.
* Experience working with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and scheduling.
