I am working on behalf of a highly reputable, national domiciliary care company who are looking to grow their franchise office in Woking, after re-opening the branch in 2023. They are seeking a Registered Care Manager with experience and a track record of growth.

4. They provide mainly domiciliary care & live-in care
The Role:
1. Working alongside franchisees to build the business
2. Proactively marketing the business
3. Growing the care hours within the private market
4. Domiciliary & Live-in Care
5. Focus on quality, compliance and carrying out audits
6. Ensure the efficiency and levels of care are at the highest standard
7. Be a brand ambassador for the company
Required Competencies:
1. Management experience within a care setting is essential
2. Proven track record of growth & line management of staff
3. Excellent people management/communication skills
4. Knowledge of Surrey area - desirable
5. Passionate about delivering high-quality care
6. Strong commercial acumen
