I am working on behalf of a highly reputable, national domiciliary care company who are looking to grow their franchise office in Woking, after re-opening the branch in 2023. They are seeking a Registered Care Manager with experience and a track record of growth.

4. They provide mainly domiciliary care & live-in care
The role:
5. Working alongside franchisees to build the business
6. Proactively marketing the business
7. Gowing the care hours within the private market
8. Domiciliary & Live-in Care
9. Focus on the quality, compliance and carrying out audits
10. Ensure the efficiency and levels of care are at the highest standard
11. Be a brand ambassador for the company
Required competencies:
12. Management experience within a care setting is essential
13. Proven track record of growth & line management of staff
14. Excellent people management/communication skills
15. Knowledge of Surrey area – desirable
16. Passionate about delivering high-quality care
17. Strong commercial acumen
