Role Responsibilities:
* Design and manage detailed fiber-optic projects, creating comprehensive engineering plans for both underground and aerial installations.
* Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
* Assess and implement solutions for emergencies, such as fiber damage or power failures, ensuring timely restoration.
* Manage project expenditures and reports, ensuring that all objectives are met within the defined scope.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications or OSP engineering.
* Strong knowledge of OSP fiber design, construction, and splicing.
* Proficiency in CAD, GIS, and other engineering design software.
* Familiarity with aerial and underground fiber installations.
Salary & Benefits:
* Competitive salary: $89,000 - $120,000 annually
