Can you provide award-winning customer service?
We are now recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our customer service contact centre in Leyland, supporting our Netflights and Travel Republic brands.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and exciting industry where no 2 days are quite the same. In this role, you will service after-sales enquiries from our customers, providing the excellent service that they expect from us, and that’s why our Trustpilot scores are 4.6 and 4.7.

Both brands are part of the dnata Travel Group family, owned by the Emirates Group. At Netflights, we’ve been comparing flights online since 1992, and about 1.5 million people fly out of the UK with us each year. Travel Republic is one of the UK's first online holiday companies and has been giving holiday power to the people for over 20 years.
Day to day, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and providing great after-sales care both over the phone, via live-chat, and email. This will include:
1. General customer service enquiries
2. Making changes to a customer’s holiday
3. Adding special requests to bookings
4. Holiday cancellations and assistance requests
5. Booking special meals & prebooking seats on flights
6. Taking balance payments
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, between 9am and 9pm.
The starting salary is £23419.50, increasing up to £24669.50 as you complete modules in our training programme over the next 18 months.
To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:
1. GCSE/’O’ levels in Maths & English language grade 9-4/A*-C or equivalent
2. Customer service experience – ideally in a contact centre environment
3. IT literate
4. Travel industry experience - desirable
5. Customer focussed
6. Attention to detail
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and remain calm
9. Passionate about travel
