Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, such as:
1. Court of protection work
2. Conducting safeguarding inquiries
3. Performing best interest assessments
4. Overseeing the implementation and evaluation of care packages in various community settings (service users' homes, supported living facilities, and care homes)
5. Handling referrals for supported living arrangements as well as residential or nursing homes
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, it is essential to hold a social work qualification and maintain relevant registration.
